Creation

All the designs you see here are handmade one piece a time, without production lines or mass quantities made. Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, so if you see something you can't do without, we urge you to complete your order. Due to frequent updates, the inventory of original designs changes constantly. Don't hesitate!

What to expect

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of order placement. If a problem with availability you will be notified immediately. Most of the designs you see are one of a kind, therefore our stock will be constantly rotating, we hope we can fulfill your jewelry desires. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days, unless noted. All items come in gift boxes.

Shipping on Purchases

Your loot will ship within 3 business days, however; in some instances to be clearly stated on the website, shipping may take as long as 10-15 days. Again, you will be notified so you know when to expect to your jewelry.

What's up with Sales Tax?

All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 7.75 sales tax.

Shipping options

We ship all orders through the United States Post Office, with delivery confirmation to protect your goodies. Options include First Class mail (5-7 day delivery), Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) and Express Mail (overnight). Please note, once a delivery confirmation is received on shipped parcel(s) at shipping address , we will no longer accept responsibility for delivery. Again, most items ship within 3 business days of order placement.

Yes, we DO ship OUTSIDE the US!

Linda Winkler Jewelry Designs services the world. If you live an international destination, please send an email to orders@lindawinkler.com and we will help you place your order. Please include in your email the items you're interested in so we may calculate weight and shipping charges for you. We strive to keep costs low. All delivery charges will be quoted at cost. Please note we reserve the right to refuse shipment at our discretion.

Returns

Any item may be returned within 7 days of having received your order, in its original, unused condition. Shoot us an email at orders@lindawinkler.com or call us at 619-990-8346 to obtain a return authorization code. You'll need to include a copy of your invoice with your return. We will process your return promptly, although it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to be applied to credit card used in original purchase. Return shipping fees nonrefundable except in the case of product quality issues (and we're pretty sure this won't happen!) In addition, neither refunds nor exchanges are provided for special or custom orders.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled just like returns explained above. Please notify at us at 619-990-8346 within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. We'll issue you an authorization code and order the new item. Any difference in the purchase amount of the new item (s) will be charged or credited accordingly. Once the exchanged item is returned, we'll ship the new item. In most cases, shipping fees are nonrefundable on return or exchange items.

Please be sure to send your jewelry in the BOX for safe shipping. Please also purchase INSURANCE on your return package according to the value of the returns, and retain a copy of your shipping receipt.

Repairs

Unlikely, but should you require a repair, we are happy to repair item free of charge for up to 120 days after purchase. Please note, due the nature of working with unique gems and handmade silver and gold-fill raw materials, item availability changes often, and some gemstones may not be available for repair. In that event, we notify you immediately and will make every attempt to find something similar and to your liking.

Replacing a lost earring

It happens and we certainly want to help if we can. If materials available, we will replace a single earring, for half the original sale price. Please email us at orders@lindawinkler.com or call us @ 619-990-8346 we'll get the ball rolling on a replacement earring for you. In some cases you may need to send us your one earring so that we can match the gemstone. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, we may not be able to match your earring. We do apologize in advance if this is the case.
